DEEP Training

Training activities will safeguard equal standards for data interpretation of genome-wide data sets using compatible and updated algorithms and is important for decentralized data interpretation at the end user labs. Thus, DEEP offers the possibility to obtain training on wet lab and bioinformatics activities within the consortium and associated partners, but also at other laboratories in Germany that have relevant projects in line with IHEC goals and standards. This training scheme will be an essential segment to ensure high-quality data interpretation, streamline interactions between the affiliated laboratories and provide a much-needed curriculum for epigenomic research in Germany.
